Purpose:Â A gentle, nourishing herbal infusion to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and restore resilience during times of stress or burnout.
đŤÂ Ingredients (per serving):
1 tbsp Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa) â fresh or dried
1 tsp Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) â dried aerial parts
1 tsp Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) â optional, for added uplifting calm
1/2 tsp Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) â optional, for gentle relaxation
8â10 oz Hot water (just off boil)
đ¸Â Instructions:
Combine herbs in a tea infuser, French press, or teapot.
Pour hot water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 15â20 minutes (longer for stronger effects).
Strain, sip slowly, and relax.
đ Use:
Drink 1â2 cups daily, especially in the afternoon or evening. For ongoing nervous system support, use regularly over several weeks.
đ Optional Add-Ins:
A dash of raw honey for sweetness
A few drops of lavender tincture for additional soothing effects
