🌿 Milky Oats & Skullcap Nervine Tea

Purpose: A gentle, nourishing herbal infusion to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and restore resilience during times of stress or burnout.


🫖 Ingredients (per serving):
  • 1 tbsp Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa) – fresh or dried

  • 1 tsp Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) – dried aerial parts

  • 1 tsp Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – optional, for added uplifting calm

  • 1/2 tsp Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – optional, for gentle relaxation

  • 8–10 oz Hot water (just off boil)


🌸 Instructions:
  1. Combine herbs in a tea infuser, French press, or teapot.

  2. Pour hot water over the herbs.

  3. Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes (longer for stronger effects).

  4. Strain, sip slowly, and relax.


🌙 Use:

Drink 1–2 cups daily, especially in the afternoon or evening. For ongoing nervous system support, use regularly over several weeks.


💚 Optional Add-Ins:
  • A dash of raw honey for sweetness

  • A few drops of lavender tincture for additional soothing effects
