"Glow & Go" Burnout Recovery Smoothie

A vibrant, nourishing smoothie loaded with phytonutrients, healthy fats, fiber, and adaptogenic herbs to restore energy and calm your nervous system.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (anthocyanins – brain and vascular support)

  • 1/2 cup chopped mango or carrot (beta-carotene – immune + skin support)

  • 1/2 small avocado (healthy fats + vitamin E – skin, hormone, and brain health)

  • 1 handful spinach (chlorophyll + magnesium – detox + stress resilience)

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (fiber + lignans – gut and hormone support)

  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (plant-based or grass-fed)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (curcumin – anti-inflammatory)

  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger (gut + circulation support)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or herbal tea (e.g., nettle or green tea)

  • Optional:

    • 1 tsp maca powder (adaptogen for energy and hormone balance)

Instructions:
