A vibrant, nourishing smoothie loaded with phytonutrients, healthy fats, fiber, and adaptogenic herbs to restore energy and calm your nervous system.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries (anthocyanins – brain and vascular support)
1/2 cup chopped mango or carrot (beta-carotene – immune + skin support)
1/2 small avocado (healthy fats + vitamin E – skin, hormone, and brain health)
1 handful spinach (chlorophyll + magnesium – detox + stress resilience)
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (fiber + lignans – gut and hormone support)
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (plant-based or grass-fed)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (curcumin – anti-inflammatory)
1/4 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger (gut + circulation support)
