Ingredients (dried herbs):
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)Â â 1 tsp
Uplifting, calming, eases anxious tension
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)Â â 1 tsp
Gentle sedative, soothes digestive and nervous system
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)Â â 1 tsp
Releases nervous tension, eases overstimulation
Milky oats (Avena sativa tops)Â â 1 tsp
Deep nourishment for frazzled nerves, restorative
Optional additions:
Rose petals â ½ tsp (emotional softening, heart-opening)
Lavender buds â Âź tsp (aromatic calm, reduces tension)
Instructions:
Combine all herbs in a teapot or mason jar.
Pour 2 cups of just-boiled water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 10â15 minutes.
Strain and sip slowly in a quiet setting.
Use: Enjoy 1â2 cups daily, especially in the late afternoon or early evening, or after any stressful event to reset your nervous system gently.
